The Barangay Caravan of Government Services 2023 will visit five more barangays this month after catering to 24 barangays already since February this year.

(CMO), said: “The goal is to bring the government services nearer to the people labi na sa far-flung areas (particularly in far-flung areas), even if it’s once a year.”
Panal, in a Viber interview with the City Information Office (CIO) Wednesday, May 10, said the caravan provides services from local and national government agencies to serve as a one-stop-shop for barangay residents.
The caravan has so far visited barangays Gumalang, Lamanan, Sumimao, Calinan Poblacion, Bato, Paquibato Proper, Bago Oshiro, Fatima, Mulig, Tomas Monteverde, Cadalian, Tungkalan, Pangyan, Pandaitan, Tagurano, Tagluno, Alambre, Tamayong, Sibulan, Daliao, Lizada, and Angalan.
The next stops will be in barangays Buhangin Proper on May 12, Lubogan on May 17, Leon Garcia on May 18, Callawa on May 26, and Lapu-Lapu on May 29. All caravans will be stationed in barangay covered courts from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
A total of 130 caravans have been scheduled in 2023.
Panal said they service 100 to 150 clients per caravan and the number depends on how big the barangay is.
He urged Dabawenyos to grab the opportunity when the barangay caravan visits their areas.

Tagai gyud ninyo og panahon i-process mga importanteng dokumento kay ang mga ahensya na gyud muduol sa inyoha. Dili sayangon ang higayon na ma-avail ang mga serbisyo sa gobyerno nga dili na ninyo kinahanglan mubyahe pa sa layo (Make sure to avail the government services because the barangay caravan will come to you only once a year. Give yourself time to process important documents because the agencies will come to you. Don’t waste the opportunity to avail of government services without having to travel far),” he said.
