The City Government of Davao operates a management system that has been assessed as conforming to ISO 9001:2015. The certification has been awarded by the SOCOTEC Certification International and covers all its processes and sites.
The audit that was conducted from May 23-25 for the Stage 1 and July 26 to August 10, 2022, for the Stage 2, concluded that the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 are being met and that a genuine continuous improvement process is in place for its quality management system.
With this, the City Government of Davao continues to be the center of excellence in public governance.
