The annual Management Review of the Quality Management System of the City Government of Davao was conducted on November 29.

Attended by heads and personnel of all departments, the Management Review serves not only as compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standards but also as an opportunity to evaluate the control and to make improvements in the processes of the local government unit. It is one of the ways to determine the overall effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The meeting included verification of the results of the improvement actions of concerned offices/ employees, which were raised in last year’s meeting.

The inputs tackled were changes in external and internal issues, customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties, achievement of quality objectives, and audit results, among others.

Improvement actions were determined, which will be discussed in next year’s Management Review.
