The Davao City Investment Promotion Center (DCIPC) is the prime marketing arm of the City Government of Davao in generating investments and promoting the city as today’s best investment destination in the Philippines. DCIPC was created through City Ordinance No. 2269, or the Davao City Investment Incentive Code of 1994, to assist in the growth and development of the city’s economy. It is a division under the Office of the City Mayor.

- Business information data-banking
- Referral for manpower and raw material sourcing
- Investment counseling and business matching
