Process owners and Internal Quality Auditors of the Quality Management System of the City Government of Davao (CGD) conducted a benchmarking on the Quality Management System of M. Montesclaros Holdings, Inc. in Valencia City, Bukidnon on February 27 to 28.
The two-day benchmarking activity was aimed at gathering insights and to see the best practices of the M. Montesclaros which has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2010.
Lawyer Marius T. Montesclaros, the firm’s Vice President for Administration and Finance, welcomed the team by stressing the importance of the ISO standards in its operations.
Montesclaros also highlighted the gains and improvement of their organization due to its strong implementation of the standards.
During the two-day activity, the firm shared its institutional methods in Purchasing, Repairs and Preventive Maintenance System, Internal Quality Audit, and Human Resource Management, among others.
The activity ended with Cyr Gonesto, Quality Management Representative of M. Montesclaros Enterprises, expressing the firmās continued support for the City Government of Davao.
