The City Government of Davao has opened four additional special district vaccination sites for the ongoing anti-Covid pediatric vaccination drive.

Starting Monday, February 28, 2022, the four additional special district vaccination sites – F. Dizon Elementary School, SM Ecoland, GMail Toril, and Holy Cross of Calinan College will cater to eligible children 5 to 11 years old for the anti-Covid vaccination and have been spruced up as child-friendly vax hubs.

To avail of the pediatric vaccination, parents must bring a copy of the Philippine Statistics Authority-issued birth certificate or a valid student ID of the child, a valid ID of the parent or guardian, the DQR of the child, and writing pen.

Meanwhile, the city government is eyeing to open more vaccination sites as soon as the Department of Health will deliver the third tranche of the anti-Covid vaccines.

Davao City Covid-19 Task Force Spokesperson Dr. Michelle Schlosser in a previous interview said that the city government will open more vax sites to cater to more children 5 to 11 years old.

Schlosser has assured that there are enough vaccines for the pediatric drive in the city.

On February 21, 2022, the city government initially opened three special sites namely, Almendras Gym, San Roque Central Elementary School, and Vicente Hizon Elementary School. CIO
