The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the City Government of Davao, through their procurement agent, Procurement Service – Department of Budget Management (PS-DBM), have extended the deadline of bid submission for the procurement of Contract Packages 1,2,3 (design and build contracts of depots, terminals, and on-street improvements and infrastructure) for the Davao Public Transport Modernization Project (DPTMP), also known as the Davao High Priority Bus (HPBS) Project.
General Bid Bulletin No. 4 published last December 23, 2021 both in PS-DBM and DOTr’s websites states that the deadline for submission of bids will be on 27 January 2022, and deadline of submission of written clarification is until 06 January 2022.
With this extension, the Department of Transportation and the City Government of Davao anticipates an even greater participation from prospective bidders.
