Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte on Friday said that those going to the northern areas of Region 11 from the city will be able to catch a bus starting June 1.
However, Mayor Inday said over Davao City Disaster Radio that based on the guideline issued by the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB), there will be only one trip per day.
ākarong Monday, June 1, dunay once a day trip (from Davao City). Dunay for Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, and Davao de Oro,ā she said, adding that the bus will accept passengers on a first-come, first-served basis.
āFirst come, first serve siya, and sa DCOTT (Ecoland) Terminal ni siya,ā she said.
The bus from Davao City will bring passengers to Monkayo, Nabunturan, New Bataan, Maragusan, Laak and Pantukan in Davao de Oro; Governor Generoso, Mati, Boston in Davao Oriental; and Tagum City, and Talaingod in Davao del Norte. CIO
