The city government of Davao will stage a light show every night for the entire month of February to celebrate the ‘love month’.

“We have made this attraction for the people of Davao to enjoy,” said Gene Rose Tecson, the City Tourism Operations Office head.

Tecson, however, said that the light show is not only intended for lovers, but also for families, who go to the city hall at night.

Divine and Tigran, a couple of seven years who happened to be strolling along city hall drive, were among those who witnessed the light show that started February 12.

“We enjoyed the show, it’s very cute and unique,” they said.

The city hall facade will be illuminated with Valentine-themed 3D mapping component, a system of lights first seen during last year’s Pasko Fiesta.

The Christmas light and music show schedules are: 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. every night until February 28. CIO
