As part of their efforts to secure the ISO 9001:2015 certification, representatives from the Municipality of Caraga in Davao Oriental conducted a benchmarking activity on the Quality Management System (QMS) of the City Government of Davao on May 16 and 18.
The guests visited the City Assessor’s Office, Office of the City Planning and Development Center and Human Resource and Management Office where innovative strategies, best practices and mechanisms were shared by said offices.
The Caraga delegation also had the opportunity to learn more about the frontline services of City Treasurer’s Office, City Health Office and City Social Welfare and Development Office.
“The offices of the City Government of Davao were very accommodating and generous enough to share their respective experiences in relation to the operational procedures. The inputs given to the team were vital and of great help in our journey in securing ISO certification,” Mark Anthony Mocam, Municipal Assessor of Caraga.
